Damon began his association with Interplayers in 2003, appearing in The Bench, The Underpants, Dracula, Othello, Bus Stop, The Woman In Black, Exits and Entrances, Together Again for the First Time, Waiting for Godot (for which he was voted Best Featured Actor by The Pacific Northwest Inlander), Psychopathia Sexualis, Together Again for the Next Time, The 39 Steps, and Mauritius. In addition to his critically acclaimed work as an actor, he directed Reed McColm in the one-man show Underneath the Lintel, and throughout the years has served the theatre as house and box office manager, light board operator, stage manager, scenic designer/painter, and lead carpenter (serving as the interim technical director for most of the 2009-10 season). Outside of Interplayers, Damon has numerous regional theatre and film credits in the Pacific Northwest, and is employed as a caregiver for the state of Washington.
